1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the item back.
- Shipping the Return: Package the item securely and ship it back to us using the instructions provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been issued.
